The Live Show

Tuesday 14 July 2026, 6pm BST, on Zoom. If you're one of the 4 people selected, this is where your country gets assigned and where the trade window happens. You'll need to attend live to take part.

How the winner is decided

Once the World Cup final is played on 19 July, we confirm which country won. Whoever was holding that country wins the giveaway and picks one of the two sneakers tied to it.

4 countries. 8 sneakers. 1 winner.

The Tosh Kicks Sneaker World Cup: Final Four Edition is a free sneaker giveaway built around the last four countries in the 2026 World Cup — France, Spain, England, and Argentina.

Step by step

  1. You register on the official website with your details.
  2. A randomiser picks 4 people from everyone who registered. Only these 4 people go forward — if you're not picked, that's it for this round, no further prize.
  3. The 4 selected people join the live show (Tuesday 14 July 2026, 6pm BST, via Zoom).
  4. A randomiser assigns each person a country, live on the show — one country per person, no duplicates.
  5. A randomiser then assigns each country two sneakers from the sneaker pool — also live, on the show.
  6. You get a 5-minute trade window. If you don't love your country, you can try to swap with one of the other 3 contestants. Trading swaps your country and its two sneakers together — you can't trade shoes on their own. A trade only counts if the other person agrees to it.
  7. The World Cup final plays out. Whoever holds the country that wins the World Cup wins the giveaway.
  8. The winner picks which of the two sneakers they want. You don't get both — just your choice of one.

The Sneaker Pool

All 8 sneakers up for grabs are shown on the website. None of them are linked to a country yet — that pairing happens live on the show, in front of everyone watching. Once a country is given its two sneakers, that pairing is locked and can't be changed.

We use this to run the competition fairly, contact you if you're selected or if you win, and send you your prize. We don't sell your data. If you're not picked as one of the 4 contestants, we don't do anything else with your details beyond what's below. Full detail is in the sections underneath.

3. Why We Collect It, And Our Legal Basis

We collect and use this information because:

  • You've given us consent by entering the campaign and agreeing to the rules — this is our legal basis for running the giveaway, contacting you, and awarding the prize.
  • We have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud, duplicate entries, and abuse of the campaign.
  • We may have a legal obligation to keep certain records (for example, for accounting or tax purposes relating to the prize).

We do not use your data for anything beyond running this specific campaign, unless you've separately opted in to something else.

5. Who We Share It With

We don't sell your data, and we don't currently have any sponsor or partner receiving entrant data for this campaign.

Entries are submitted through a custom form on our website and stored using Supabase, our database provider, hosted in the UK/EU. We also share data with:

  • Zoom, for the live show (only for the 4 selected contestants)
  • A delivery courier — either the Post Office or DPD, depending on the winner's location — to send the prize

These providers only process your data on our instructions and aren't allowed to use it for their own purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • If you enter but aren't selected as one of the 4 contestants: we delete your entry data within 12 months of the campaign closing.

7. Keeping Your Data Secure

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and limit access to it to people who need it to run the campaign. No online system is 100% secure, but we don't store more data than we need, and we don't keep it longer than necessary (see Section 6).

8. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data (subject to any legal reason we may need to keep it)
  • Object to or restrict how we use your data

This campaign is only open to people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover an entry has come from someone under 18, that entry will be removed and the data deleted.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if anything about the campaign changes. Any major changes will be communicated through official Tosh Kicks channels.

1. Campaign Overview

Tosh Kicks Sneaker World Cup: Final Four Edition is a free-to-enter sneaker giveaway. Entrants register online. From all valid entrants, 4 people are selected at random to become live contestants. Those 4 people are then assigned a country and a pair of sneakers, live on air, through a series of random draws. Whoever ends up holding the country that wins the 2026 World Cup wins the giveaway and chooses one of the two sneakers tied to that country.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this campaign is Tosh Kicks Limited, trading as Tosh Kicks. Contact email: enquiries@toshkicks.com

3. No Purchase Necessary

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Buying from Tosh Kicks or Tosh Kicks Limited will not improve your chances of winning.

4. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Submit a valid entry before the closing deadline
  • Provide accurate contact details
  • Agree to these rules

If you are selected as one of the 4 live contestants, you must also be able to join the live show on Zoom at the confirmed time and stay for its duration. Employees, contractors, partners, immediate family members, or anyone directly involved in running the campaign may not enter.

Tosh Kicks reserves the right to ask for proof of age, identity, contact details and shoe size before confirming a win.

5. Entry Period

  • Entries open: Sunday 12 July 2026
  • Entries close: Monday 13 July 2026, 11:59pm BST

Entries received after the closing deadline will not be counted. Tosh Kicks may amend, pause or extend the entry period if necessary; any major changes will be communicated through official Tosh Kicks channels.

6. How To Enter

To enter, complete the official online entry form and provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Instagram handle
  • Shoe size
  • Country of residence
  • Confirmation that you agree to these rules

Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries, fake accounts, incomplete entries, or entries that appear automated or fraudulent may be removed.

7. Selection Of Contestants

After entries close, a randomiser will select 4 entrants from all valid entries. Only these 4 people go forward to the live show. Entrants who are not selected receive no further prize or participation in this edition of the campaign.

If a selected contestant does not join the live show, or is found ineligible before the show starts, a replacement will be drawn at random from the remaining valid entrants, so all 4 countries are always represented.

8. Country And Sneaker Assignment

On the live show (Tuesday 14 July 2026, 6pm BST, via Zoom), a randomiser will assign each of the 4 contestants one country: France, Spain, England, or Argentina, with no duplicates. A further randomiser will then assign each country two sneakers from the published sneaker pool, live on the show. Once assigned, a country's sneaker pairing is locked and cannot be changed outside of the trading process below.

9. Trading

After assignment, each contestant has one 5-minute window to try to trade their country (and its two sneakers, as a package) with another contestant. A trade only takes effect if the other contestant agrees to it. Sneakers cannot be traded separately from their country. Once the trade window closes, all assignments are final.

10. How The Winner Is Decided

Once the 2026 World Cup final is played (19 July 2026) and the result is confirmed, whichever contestant is holding the winning country is the winner of the giveaway. No further draw takes place — the outcome is decided entirely by the real World Cup result.

11. Prize

The winner receives their choice of one of the two sneakers tied to the winning country. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged unless agreed by Tosh Kicks.

12. Winner Contact And Prize Delivery

The winner will be contacted after the final result is confirmed and must respond within 48 hours.

If the winner does not respond within this time, cannot be verified, refuses the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize will instead go to the contestant who was holding the country that finished as runner-up in the World Cup final. If that contestant is also unavailable or ineligible under the same conditions, the prize will be treated as unclaimed and will not be awarded.

Prize delivery or collection will be arranged directly with the winner. Tosh Kicks is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by the winner.

13. Publicity And Content

By entering, participants agree that Tosh Kicks may announce the winner's name and/or Instagram handle as part of the campaign. As part of receiving their prize, the winner agrees to provide a short video, photo, or similar piece of content showing them with the sneaker, to be used to confirm and publicise that the prize was genuinely delivered. The winner may also be asked to take part in other reasonable promotional activity connected to the giveaway, including winner reveal content, prize handover content, social media posts, or website content. Tosh Kicks may use campaign entries, winner details, public comments and campaign engagement for promotional content connected to this campaign.

14. Copyright-Safe Campaign Approach

This campaign is a sneaker giveaway, not official football coverage. The campaign will not use match footage, match replays, official commentary audio, FIFA branding, trophy imagery, national team crests, or broadcaster graphics. The campaign may use custom score/bracket graphics, sneaker visuals, original music, Tosh Kicks commentary, elimination graphics, and original campaign artwork.

15. No Official Affiliation

Tosh Kicks Sneaker World Cup is an independent sneaker giveaway campaign. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the World Cup, any football federation, national team, broadcaster, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform unless expressly stated. All football references are used only to describe the campaign mechanic and the live, real-world results that determine the outcome.

16. Fair Play And Disqualification

Tosh Kicks reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant who provides false information, uses fake or duplicate accounts, attempts to manipulate the entry or selection process, breaches these rules, refuses required verification, acts abusively, or damages the campaign or brand reputation. Tosh Kicks' decisions on eligibility, disqualification and prize awarding are final.

17. Changes, Delays Or Cancellation

Tosh Kicks reserves the right to amend, pause, cancel or reschedule the campaign if necessary, including due to technical issues, platform outages, match schedule changes, prize availability issues, or legal/compliance concerns. Major changes will be communicated through official Tosh Kicks channels.

18. Data Use

Personal information submitted for this campaign is used to manage entries, run the random selection, contact contestants and the winner, verify eligibility, award and deliver the prize, and support campaign reporting. Personal information will not be sold. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

19. Final Note

By entering the Tosh Kicks Sneaker World Cup: Final Four Edition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these rules.

General
What is this?

A free sneaker giveaway built around the last four teams in the 2026 World Cup — France, Spain, England, and Argentina. 4 lucky entrants get randomly assigned a country and a pair of sneakers, live on a Zoom show. Whoever ends up with the country that wins the World Cup takes home their pick of the two sneakers.

Is this affiliated with FIFA or the World Cup?

No. This is an independent giveaway run by Tosh Kicks. We're not sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, the World Cup, any football federation, or any broadcaster. We just use the real results to decide the winner.

Does it cost anything to enter?

No. Entry is completely free, and buying anything from Tosh Kicks won't improve your chances.

Entering
How do I enter?

Register on the website with your name, email, Instagram handle, shoe size, country of residence, and confirmation that you agree to the rules.

When do entries open and close?

Entries open Sunday 12 July 2026 and close Monday 13 July 2026 at 11:59pm BST. Anything submitted after that won't count.

Can I enter more than once?

No — one entry per person. Duplicate, fake, or bot entries may be removed.

Do I get to pick my own country?

No. Countries are assigned randomly, live on the show — not chosen by you at registration. (You can try to trade for a different one during the live trade window — see below.)

Who can enter?

Anyone aged 18 or over, giving accurate details, who isn't an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of anyone running the campaign.

The Live Show
What happens after I enter?

After entries close, 4 people are picked completely at random from everyone who entered. If you're not one of the 4, that's the end of it for this edition — there's no further prize or participation.

When is the live show?

Tuesday 14 July 2026, 6pm BST, on Zoom.

What happens on the show?

Each of the 4 selected people is randomly assigned one of the four countries, then each country is randomly assigned its two sneakers — all live, on camera.

Can I choose which sneakers I get?

Not directly — the sneakers are tied to whichever country you're assigned. But there's a 5-minute trade window straight after assignment where you can try to swap your whole country-and-sneaker package with another contestant. It only counts if they agree.

What if I'm selected but can't make the live show?

You need to be able to join live at the confirmed time. If you can't make it, or you're found ineligible before the show, a replacement contestant is drawn at random from the remaining entrants.

Winning & Prizes
How is the winner decided?

Once the World Cup final is played on 19 July, whoever is holding the country that wins the whole tournament wins the giveaway. No further draw — it's decided entirely by the real result.

What do I actually win?

Your choice of one of the two sneakers tied to the winning country. You don't get both.

How will I find out if I've won?

We'll contact you directly after the final result is confirmed. You'll need to respond within 48 hours.

What if the winner doesn't respond, or can't be verified?

The prize goes to whoever was holding the country that came second in the final. If that person is also unavailable, the prize won't be awarded.

Do I have to do anything to receive my prize?

Yes — as part of getting your prize, we'll ask for a short video or photo of you with the sneaker, so people can see it's genuinely been delivered. You may also be asked to take part in some reasonable promo content connected to the giveaway.

Rules & Fair Play
Can Tosh Kicks disqualify someone?

Yes — for false information, fake accounts, trying to manipulate the process, breaking the rules, or abusive behaviour. Decisions on eligibility and disqualification are final.

Can the campaign be changed or cancelled?

Tosh Kicks can amend, pause, cancel, or reschedule the campaign if something outside our control makes that necessary (technical issues, schedule changes, etc.). Any major changes will be announced through official Tosh Kicks channels.

Where can I read the full rules?

The full Official Rules cover everything above in more formal detail.

Privacy
What happens to my data?

Full details are in our Privacy Policy — in short, it's used to run the giveaway, contact you if selected or if you win, and deliver your prize. It's not sold, and it's deleted after a set period.

Who do I contact with questions?
